This agreement outlines the permitted use of the product and legally protects Well+Versed Collective’s intellectual property.

2. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

All content, materials, documents, templates, protocols, and related resources provided through this purchase are copyrighted intellectual property owned by Well+Versed Collective, LLC and are protected under United States copyright laws and international intellectual property agreements.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, or share this content in any format without explicit written permission from Well+Versed Collective, LLC.
• Resell, sublicense, or repurpose this product for commercial use or redistribution.
• Use this product to create derivative works for resale, redistribution, or unauthorized replication.
• Share login credentials or grant access to individuals who have not purchased the product.
• Use this product for unauthorized clinical training, group coaching, or educational programs outside of your own professional practice.

Violation of these intellectual property rights will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

3. PERMITTED USE

You may:

4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once access has been granted, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not dispute the payment.

The provider reserves the right to terminate access immediately without refund if the customer is found to be in violation of these terms, including unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or misuse of content.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Connecticut, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this agreement.
